We have factory trained senior field service engineers available to install, upgrade or repair your equipment 24 hours a day.
We will also train your in-house personnel, favorite third party vendor, or work with your multi-vendor service company.
All of the parts for our systems are available for same or next day delivery, either from one of the crash kits carried by our engineers or from one of several parts depots around the country.
25 –30% OFF ALL SERVICE CONTRACTS & 25 – 50% OFF ON ALL PARTS If you need parts for your OEC system, we can normally save you 25-50%. In an emergency we can have a part to you the same day.
Service Training Available Free And Fee Based Much of CI's training for
Biomedical Engineers is free and is conducted in-house while CI is performing service or PMs on your current systems. More advanced in-depth training can be free if CI remanufactures your OEC c-arm or can be purchased at a cost much lower than the OEM.The training is much more in-depth and much more detailed information is handed out in our courses than you can get elsewhere.
Training on the service and repair of the C-Arms will be made available for all in-house service
providers. CI wants to support facilities in their efforts to reduce their maintenance costs. Please ask your representative for details.
